I just purchased a new Impala which I took delivery of Saturday. The dealership did not have the color I wanted so they got the car from another dealership. When I picked-up the car the mileage was on the trip setting and it was showing a little over 200 miles which was about what I was expecting. After we drove the car off the lot I realized that it actually had a total of over 700 miles. Is this something I should be concerned about? If so, what are my options with the dealership?

They may have used it as a test drive car for a little while. And while i don't know much about it, i would say that since you bought it, that you have little choice now. And even if you did get them to take it back, wasn't that the only one in the area? It is just 700 miles, it's not like there is anything wrong with the car, but your choice.

Hello
Because of sluggish auto sales, manufacturers are offering larger than usual consumer rebates and secret factory to dealer cash incentives to unload cars. Rebates change daily, so don't ask me why it's different when you look up new car rebates. If you've been waiting to buy a new car and get a great deal now is the time. Even Honda which normally does not offer incentives, is getting in the game. Make sure you check FightingChance.com and Edmunds.com for the latest incentives to use in your negotiations. The table to the right lists some huge rebate examples from Edmunds.com. Many cars have $2,000-$5,000 factory to dealer cash incentives. If you are unaware of the current rebates, you'll be leaving money on the table. Dealers will often give up most or all of their factory to dealer incentive, passing the savings to you. These incentives combined with our other car buying tips, will often result in deals below invoice pricing.

I have a 1996 Lincoln Town car with 200,000 miles on it. I was driving on the highway and felt a jerk, the engine shut off and the car coasted to a stop. I tried to cut the car back on but it wouldn't start. For about 10 or 15 minutes the lights and power still worked then shut off. I got a new battery and new battery clamps put in the car. It still would not start. When I try to start the ignition i hear a click sound and all the power shuts off. When i release it the lights and radio come back on but it still does not start. Also the smoke started coming from the battery clamps. What could the reason be?

I got a similar problem when I bought a new car. I have complained about it and they solved it in few days.
